Kindly produce the booking confirmation slip at the time of admission.
Advance payment is refundable, only if cancellation is done within 15 days from the day of booking. NOT OTHER WISE.
Your preferred bed category is subject to availability.
In case of non availability of your preferred bed category, you will be accommodated in whichever bed available at that moment and shifted at the earliest to your preferred bed on availability as per the order.
Bed tariff is subject to change as per management policy.
Please bring your doctor's admission advice and all medical documents at the time of admission.
Please bring photo ID proof (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport) of the patient during admission. Please bring photocopy also.
Minimum Booking Amount is Rs.10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand).
